What a monitor reads first
The first line is who spoke, not what we wish they had meant.
Samir Qureshi starts a file with the speaker and the day. A monitor that begins with a conclusion is no longer monitoring. It is campaigning with someone else's sentence.
The Middle East file is wide. The Palestinian-Israeli beat is the center of it, because that is the conflict the practice names. The first read is still the same: words, name, day.
If those three are missing, the item waits. London does not invent them.
