The practice exists because information is already being put to work.
The public account is specific. Supporters of many causes, especially that of the Palestinians, depend on gathering, analyzing, and disseminating information. The West, the same account says, hardly undertakes such projects in an organized way.
MEMO was founded to address that gap. The sentence is the assignment. It is not a license to treat every item as already proved.
A targeted operation is a full card and a short bulletin. It is not a louder claim.
